Position Summary
We offer an interesting and challenging opportunity in our international multi-site System Integration team. We bring together and tailor software components developed in other teams, in order to deliver state of the art products that keep u-blox a leading supplier in the industrial and professional GNSS market.
As a scrum master, you will help 2 scrum teams in facilitating integration, testing and development activity.
As our scrum master, your daily work will include organizing and moderating regular and ad-hoc communication (meetings, emails or personal calls, as appropriate), ensuring transparency of planning and progress, as well as removing impediments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and moderate scrum events to facilitate communication within a team
  • Guide the development team in consistent planning and reporting of ongoing work
  • Coordinate with other teams to address dependencies and impediments
  • Define metrics for, and monitor team performance
  • Coordinate with the Product Owner and the Architect
  • Coach other Scrum Masters and other teams in scrum practices, provide guidelines

Key Accountabilities/KPI
  • After the probation period organizes recurring and ad-hoc team level events
  • Within a year becomes the driver behind improving transparency and sprint planning quality (measured by: definition and enforcement of reporting and planning routines)
  • Within two years has implemented and monitor metrics to assess the teams effectiveness

Profile
Education/Experience/Certifications/Languages
  • University degree in technical domain
  • Scrum Master certified
  • At least 2 years’ experience as scrum master
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
